Les Trésoms is a charming 4-star hotel nestling between lake and forest.
Les Trésoms has 52 rooms, 2 villas, a Spa and a number of restaurants. The gastronomic restaurant La Rotonde by Michelin-starred Eric Prowalski showcases the dual culinary identity of Lake Annecy and the Arcachon region, the chef's native region.

Our common goal? To constantly ensure the satisfaction of our customers by providing them with a real quality of service.

Achille, receptionist at Trésoms. With an enriching hotel experience in La Grande Motte, he joined the team last March, bringing with him his expertise in the art of hosting.
"My job is to take reservations, whether for the hotel or the gourmet restaurant, La Rotonde des Trésoms, welcome our visitors, and present the establishment. From the arrival to the departure of our customers, I am there to respond to any request."
For several years, the idea of ​​joining this establishment had guided him. Today, he is delighted to have reached the milestone, and his choice is reinforced by the unforgettable memories shared with the team.

Anaïs, Sales Manager

Anaïs, Sales Manager at the Hotel Les Trésoms. Having joined the team in 2016 as a receptionist, she progressed through several positions before being named head of the sales department.
A true conductor, Anaïs coordinates the various services involved in sales, organization and monitoring of seminars, banquets and weddings. Its objective: to create tailor-made experiences and allow our customers to live their dream during an event or stay.
Having worked for several years for ski resorts, she succumbed to the charm of Annecy and settled there. She enjoys the magical environment that the region offers all year round, practicing snowboarding, hiking and paddle boarding.
She also likes to share her good tips and local knowledge with customers, thus providing an authentic and enriching experience!

Maxime, Head Sommelier

Maxime, Chef Sommelier, in our gourmet restaurant La Rotonde des Trésoms.
Since a young age, Maxime has been immersed in the wine industry thanks to his family who also operate in this environment. The knowledge of those close to him captivated him and aroused in him great curiosity, a desire to know more.
This passion led him to perfect his skills in this field, to acquire an in-depth knowledge of grape varieties, terroirs and winemaking methods.
At the gourmet restaurant La Rotonde, Maxime excels in the art of creating unique taste experiences by pairing the best wines with the refined dishes of chef Eric Prowalski.

His goal for this year?
:wine_glass: Expand the wine list by introducing you to new vineyards, exploring new grape varieties and meeting new winegrowers.

Catarina, maid

Catarina, housekeeper, has been part of our team since August 2022. She ensures that the rooms are properly prepared, in order to welcome you in the best circumstances.

Professional, meticulous and rigorous in her work, Catarina ensures that each room is prepared with care and attention to detail.
In addition to her professional skills, Catarina also has great empathy and an attentive ear. She is always ready to listen to customers' concerns and offer them warm support.

Catarina is a curious and passionate person.

"I love traveling and having new experiences. But above all, being surrounded by my loved ones."

Her positive energy and her desire to always want to do better make her a trusted collaborator and appreciated by all.

Antoine, reception manager

Antoine, who arrived at our establishment as reception brigade manager, has now been serving as reception manager since February 2023.
Conscientious, considerate and attentive, Antoine welcomes each client with sympathy and kindness, ensuring that all their requests are met.

"I ensure the smooth running of our guests' stay and their satisfaction, as well as the daily management and training of the reception team"
Having completed a cooking internship at the hotel around ten years ago, Antoine then joined the reception team and never left it.

"We have the chance to collaborate with passionate professionals and to meet clients from very different backgrounds."
Antoine is proud to be part of an establishment concerned about its environmental impact, and wishes to implement actions in this direction within his department.

Morgane, assistant butler, at the Hôtel les Trésoms. Arriving in the establishment more than a year ago, she ensures that the restaurant service runs smoothly.
On a daily basis, Morgane uses her skills and passion to offer our clients high-quality service. She welcomes and advises our customers on menu choices, and offers them impeccable service throughout their meal.

With a keen sense of organization and priority management, Morgane is also highly appreciated for her ability to manage complex situations and quickly resolve problems.

Fidèle, maintenance agent

Fidèle, maintenance agent, within our team since July 2020. He ensures that all structures are operational, in order to welcome you safely.

"I am passionate about my job and I enjoy taking care of the Hôtel les Trésoms. On a daily basis, I work closely with other departments to ensure that maintenance interventions take place efficiently, minimizing disruption for customers."

Outside of her work, Fidèle devotes her time to discovering new horizons. "Hiking makes me gain height and relaxes me."

His favorite place in Annecy and its surroundings? The Angon Waterfall!

An anecdote: "As soon as I arrived at Trésoms, I immediately felt real cohesion within the teams. A month after my integration, I almost caused a flood in the seminar rooms, which were occupied at the time. Fortunately, several members of the team came to my aid to remedy the situation and limit the damage."

Audrey, Spa Manager

Audrey, who arrived at the establishment in 2020 as a Spa Practitioner, very quickly became a Referent Trainer, then a Spa Manager. :woman-getting-massage:

"I am lucky enough to never get bored, I have multiple missions: from reception to customer care to management and support of teams, including providing care.
What I like here is the family side, we are not a group like many in the hotel industry, it is felt in the daily life and in the stay of the customers.
Finally, I am attached to the environmental approach of the Hotel, the green key label is a strong concept of our establishment, as are the values ​​of authenticity, intimacy and preservation of nature.
One day, a client thought she saw big dogs on the hotel esplanade, but they were actually deer, this convinced me once again of the magic that can be found here!"
